Grottenbier 33cl 6.5%
Grottenbier was developed by Master Brewer Pierre Celis . The name refers to the beer maturing in the caves/grottos of Kanne (Riemst) 42 meters under the ground at a temperature of about 11 ° C. The bottles are placed here on pupiters and are regularly rotated, a process that Celis saw at traditional champagne producers. This beer is a hazy caramel colour and smells like banana and bread. The taste is heavy on bread at the beginning and finishes with a pleasant note of banana.
