This pale blond beer has a refined and regular effervescence which ensures a fine and stable head.  The scent is slightly malty with a touch of alcohol and the drinking experience feels like a shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and slightly dry and bitter.
