Our buttercream gateaux are made with light & fluffy vanilla or chocolate square or round sponge bases, sandwiched with vanilla, coffee or chocolate buttercream & doused in your choice of Rum, or an alcohol free version. Decorated with piped buttercream, chocolate marbles & Belgian chocolate plaques, chocolate tubes in either milk, dark or white top quality chocolate. We will write a message of your choice on top free of charge.
