Our Chef Patissier has created a new celebration gateau with the very fashionable “ Macarons de Paris”.
The centre of the gateau are fine layers of biscuit progess, a light almond meringue, and Joconde sponge lightly soaked with rum syrup. The layers are filled with a delicate almond buttercream.
The outside is decorated with over 80 filled, different flavour macarons de Paris. Natural, chocolate, raspberry, coffee and hazelnut.
This double whammy dessert will impress your guests as the centre piece of your dinner party or celebrations.
Cake is larger than the regular Le Macaron Belgique; measures 14” and will serve 55/60.
