Ganda ham
Ganda dry cured ham
The most famous of the Belgian dry cured hams. Cured for a minimum
of 12 months. Subtle but still complex flavours with a smooth
aftertaste. Slice very thinly like an Iberico or Parma ham.
Enjoy with as an aperitif with a chilled white wine,
or on a platter with other charcuterie.
