A lovely abbey cheese made by Lindenhof in “Vlaams Brabant” in the centre of Belgium. It is a medium soft cheese with a sweet, nutty and a light pungent taste. Ideal for cheese platters but also suitable for cooking. Drink with strong blond abbey or trappist beers.
