A handcrafted fruit & chocolate spread, a perfect mix of freshly selected fruit and Callebaut Satongo Blend. Alphonso Mango from Cameroon, Purple figs from Turkey, Belgian Morello cherries and Whilamette raspberies, Spanish clementines.The origin of the 'Satongo' blend are cocoa beans from Sao Thomé, Tanzania and Ghana. This Fruit and chocolate paste can be used on toast, for patisserie or to fill up our 'Macarons de Paris'
