Rochefort 8 33cl 9.2%

Rochefort 8, originally called "Spécial," dates back to the 1950s.   This complex beer is a deep brown colour with a strong taste, and notes of fruit, spice, leather, and figs.

Belgique also sells Rochefort Trappist cheese for perfect pairing with their beer.

Recommendations for enjoyment:

Pairs well with pate, duck, cheese or alone as an aperitif.  Best enjoyed in a tulip shaped goblet for optimum pouring.
