DeuS Brut Des Flandres 75cl 11.5%
During the brewing process, this champagne style beer (Brut des Flandres),is fermented over a month using two different yeasts, re-fermented near Épernay in Champagne, France and then bottled, after which it is left in a cellar for 9 months and rotated weekly untill all the yeast has settled in the bottle neck. It is then removed by freezing the bottle neck.
